"We have loved our Wednesday mornings with Emma and will really miss it now maternity leave is coming to an end. We only intended to do one 6 week block but both Noah and I loved it so much we ended up staying for about 8 months (as did a lot of other mums). Emma creates such a relaxing and welcoming environment. Aswell as chance to do yoga for baby and myself  I really appreciated the time to chat with Emma and the other mums.

 

I have now attended Emma’s pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga and now ladies yoga. The ladies yoga class is a great mix of challenging yoga and also plenty of relaxation time and of course time chat which just creates such a positive atmosphere."​
